In Part 3 we finish our lesson on Arabic you can use at the airport by showing you how to form basic interrogative questions.<\/span><\/p>\n Of course, when you arrive at the airport, you\u2019ll not only have lots of questions but you\u2019ll also be asked a lot of them as well. So, whether it\u2019s customs, immigration, or at the ticket counter, here are a few of the basics to help you give the right answers<\/span><\/p>\n We\u2019ll begin with question words in Arabic. In English these are known as \u201cWh- questions\u201d, and they work pretty much the same way only they simply use the Arabic equivalent of their English Wh- counterparts (<\/span>who, what, where, when, why<\/span>, and <\/span>how<\/span>). The \u201c<\/span>li<\/span>\u201d part actually means \u201cfor\u201d, so it would be translated to \u201cfor what\u201d which gives the exact same meaning as \u201cwhy\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n Why are you visiting Jordan?
