The future means that the action happens after the time of speaking

   

سَوْفَ نَتَعَلَّمُ العَرَبِيَّة

   

/sawfa nataʻallamu alʻarabiyyah/

   

Means

   

We will learn Arabic

     
 
     

The future form of the verb is the same as the present tense with the prefix

 

سَـ / سَوْفَ

 

/sa/ /sawfa/

 

سَوْفَ أَذْهَبُ

 

/sawfa ʼaTHhabu/

 

Means

 

I will go

       
   

   

Conjugating in first person (Singular)

 

أَنا

 

The prefix 

 

سَوْفَ

 

should precede the verb in present tense

 

أَنا سَوْفَ أَذْهَبُ

 

/ʼanaa sawfa ʼaTHhabu/

Conjugating in first person (Plural)

 

نَحْنُ

Means
